PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope insertion method and an endoscope insertion auxiliary apparatus capable of inserting an endoscope into a body cavity promptly with a simple process and a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A reverse part is formed by folding an opening at one end of a flexible tube body outward. A fluid is supplied to a pressure receiving part between the reverse part and a non-reverse part while the reverse part is fixed, and the non-reverse part of the tube body is let out into the body cavity in sequence and becomes the reverse part.
