PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray high voltage generator for preventing the generation of an excessive inrush current in the condenser connected to the inlet stage of an inverter, when the power source supplied to an X-ray generation part is changed over on the basis of a photographic condition, and to provide a moving type X-ray fluoroscopic photographic apparatus using the same.SOLUTION: An X-ray high voltage generator has: a high voltage conversion part for supplying power to an X-ray source generating X-rays the condenser installed on the input stage of the high voltage conversion part a fluoroscopic power source supply part for supplying power to the high voltage conversion part using the power from a battery at the time of fluoroscopy a photographing power source supply part having a battery and supplying power to the high voltage conversion part using the power from the battery at the time of photographing and a power source changeover part for connecting either one of the fluoroscopic power source supply part and the photographing power source supply part to the high voltage conversion part.
