The present invention relates to an X-ray imaging system based on photographed images and a method thereof. The X-ray imaging system comprises: a photographing device adjusting a location of an X-ray generator outputting X-rays and a sensor unit and the location of a chin stand and photographing an X-ray image of a patient； a database storing patient information including age, gender, and body information of the patient, photographing location information of the photographing device from previous image photographing, and output information； and a controller searching for the information of the patient to photograph the image in the database, referring to a table sheet in which change amounts of the photographing location information and output information in accordance with patient information change amounts are recorded if a change of search result patient information exists, and correcting the photographing location information and the output information so as to automatically prepare the photographing device.본 발명은 촬영 영상을 기반으로 하는 엑스레이 촬영 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로, X-선을 출력하는 X선 발생기 및 센서부의 위치와 턱받이의 위치를 조정 가능하며, 환자의 엑스레이 영상을 촬영하는 촬영기와, 환자의 나이, 성별, 신체정보를 포함하는 환자 정보와 이전 영상 촬영에서 상기 촬영기의 촬영 위치 정보 및 출력 정보를 저장하는 데이터베이스와, 영상을 촬영할 환자의 정보를 상기 데이터베이스에서 검색하고, 검색결과 환자 정보에 변화가 있는 경우, 환자 정보 변화량에 따른 촬영 위치 정보 및 출력 정보 변화량을 기록한 테이블 시트를 참조하여 촬영 위치 정보 및 출력 정보를 보정하여 상기 촬영기를 자동으로 준비하는 제어기를 포함한다.
