Проводят дермалипэктомию до уровня иссечения пупка. Выполняют удаление глубокого подкожного слоя на уровне фасции Томсона. Накладывают швы на уровне фасции Томсона и поверхностного апоневроза прямых мышц живота и срединного апоневроза с помощью викрил 2 по схеме: 1) на уровне срединной линии 3 шва через равные промежутки, отступая 2 см от мечевидного отростка, и последний на 1 см выше пупа； 2) по наружным краям прямых мышц живота, отступая 2 см от реберных дуг, и последний на уровне передней ости подвздошных костей； 3) по срединной линии на 1 см ниже пупа два шва через 2 см, затем выполняют формирование неопупа путем наложения 4-х швов на 3, 6, 9 и 12 часах соответственно, фиксирующих края кожи пупа, передней брюшной стенки и апоневроза.
