PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for providing a custom insole are provided to scan the shape of a foot and to allow a user to see the scanning result. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for providing a custom insole comprises a scanning unit, a measuring unit, a recommendation unit, and a display unit. The scanning unit obtains data about the shape of a foot by scanning the shape of a foot. The measuring unit measures the information of the obtained data. The recommendation unit recommends a custom insole corresponding to the measured shape of a user.
