PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pet food which has added value associated with food and health corresponding to pet owner's intention to safety in view of a trend to regard dogs and cats now becoming larger in number than the number of children, as family members, improvement in health of pets whose lifetime is prolonged, and high preference by the pets, and which is mixed with residue caused after squeezing juice from citrus fruit so as to recycle industrial waste.SOLUTION: The pet food contains a residue obtained after squeezing juice from citrus fruit. The pet food contains the residue caused after squeezing juice from citrus fruit, and has a protein content of not less than 16% and an antioxidative potential of about 56-60%. The pet food contains 100-150 parts of the residue obtained after squeezing juice from citrus fruit (lemon-squeezed residue), and other auxiliary materials, based on 100 parts of ground poultry.【課題】今や子供の数よりも多くなった犬，猫の家族化、および長寿化になるペットの健康改善と、ペットの嗜好性も高くなり、飼い主の安全志向に対する食と健康に付随した付加価値のある，柑橘系果汁圧搾後の残渣を混合し、産業廃棄物のリサイクルを目的としたペットフードを開発・提供することにある。【解決手段】柑橘類の果汁圧搾残滓を含有したペットフードであり、柑橘類の果汁圧搾残滓を含有し、蛋白質含有量が１６％以上で、抗酸化能が約５６～６０％であることを特徴とするペットフード。また、鶏ミンチ１００部に対して、柑橘系果汁圧搾残渣（レモン圧搾残渣）１００部～１５０部と、他の副部材を設けたことを特徴とする。【選択図】 図１
