A device for administration of an aerosol includes a generator of particles of size between 10 nm and 200 um, a mouthpiece or mouth mask for oral administration of the aerosol during the nasal exhalation phase or during the respiratory pause phase preceding nasal exhalation, and a source of gas or pressure for conveying the particles. The mouthpiece is airtight, extends beyond the teeth of the patient by a maximum length of 4 cm, and administers the aerosol for the nasal cavities, the rhinopharynx or the paranasal sinuses during aerosol administration phases, such that the is successively applied to the mouth, the rhinopharynx and then the nasal fossae and the sinuses, and then the aerosol escapes via one or both of the patient's nostrils. The device does not allow exhalation via the mouth during aerosol administration phases, and the aerosol particles not being directed to the lungs.Le dispositif d'administration d'aérosol constitué d'un générateur de particules dont la taille est comprise entre 10 nm et 200 μm, d'un embout buccal ou masque buccal permettant l'administration de l'aérosol par la bouche durant la phase d'expiration nasale ou durant la phase de pause respiratoire précédent l'expiration nasale et d'une source de gaz ou pression pour véhiculer les particules, se caractérise en ce que l'embout buccal est étanche à l'air et pénètre au-delà des dents du patient selon une longueur de 4 cm maximale et constitue le moyen d'administration de l'aérosol à visée nasale, rhinopharyngée ou nasosinusienne durant l'administration de l'aérosol et permettant d'acheminer l'aérosol successivement dans la bouche, le rhinopharynx puis les fosses nasales et les sinus puis son échappement par une ou les deux narines du patient, et en ce que le dispositif n'autorise pas l'expiration buccale lors des phases d'administration de l'aérosol, les particules d'aérosols n'étant pas dirigées vers les poumons.
