Disclosed is an endobronchial tube structure for removing phlegm. Specifically, the endobronchial tube structure comprises: a tube main body which is inserted in the bronchial tube of a patient to supply oxygen； a fixing module which is installed on a circumference of the tube main body, and is expanded by air supplied from the outside, thereby fixing the tube main body to an inner wall of the bronchial tube； and a washing water supply tube which supplies washing water to an outer surface of the tube main body.
