The present invention relates to a massager using brown gas and a massaging method using the same which can alleviate diseases such as a muscle pain and arthritis through skin acupressure and massages. The massager comprises: a gas generator generating the brown gas and storing or discharging the brown gas； a plurality of connection pipes provided at one side of the gas generator to transfer the brown gas； and a massage unit provided with a coupling unit having one end connected to the connection pipes to be able to be separated, a semispherical outer cup coming into close contact with a massage area of a user when a negative pressure is formed when the flow of air transferred by the connection pipes is used, and vertical protrusions arranged within the outer cup, protruding toward the massage area and pressing predetermined acupressure points of the massage area when pressure is applied by using the flow of the brown gas. Therefore, the present invention supplies enough oxygen and hydrogen to skin of the user by using the brown gas to increase vitality of the skin, and directly moves acupressure means by using the brown gas to alleviate the muscle pain and the arthritis of the user effectively.본 발명은 피부를 지압하여 마시지를 통한 근육통 및 관절염 등의 질환을 경감할 수 있는 브라운 가스를 이용한 안마기 및 이를 이용한 마사지 방법에 관한 것으로서 브라운 가스를 생성하고 상기 브라운 가스를 저장하거나 배출할 수 있는 가스생성부； 상기 가스생성부 일측에 구비되어 상기 브라운 가스를 전달하는 복수개의 연결관부； 및 일단이 상기 연결관부와 분리 가능하게 연결되는 체결장치, 상기 연결관부에서 전달되는 공기의 흐름을 이용하되 부압이 형성되는 경우 사용자의 마사지 부위에 밀착되는 반구형 외측컵, 상기 외측컵 내측에 배치되고 상기 브라운 가스의 흐름을 이용하여 가압되는 경우 마사지 부위를 향하여 돌출되고 마사지 부위 중 일정 지압점을 지압하는 수직돌기를 구비하는 마사지부；를 포함하는 브라운 가스를 이용한 안마기를 제공한다.따라서 브라운 가스를 이용하여 사용자의 피부에 산소 및 수소를 풍부하게 공급하여 피부의 활성을 증가시키고, 브라운 가스를 이용하여 지압수단을 직접적으로 유동시켜 사용자의 근육통 및 관절염을 매우 경감할 수 있다.
