The present invention relates to a biodegradable stent and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to a biodegradable stent with improved flexibility and mechanical strength, produced by a solid-state drawing step and an annealing step. Another aspect of the present invention relates to a manufacturing method of the biodegradable stent, comprising following steps of: (a) solid-stretching a biodegradable filament； and (b) forming and annealing the stretched biodegradable filament.본 발명은 생분해성 스텐트 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 고상연신(solid-state drawing) 단계 및 어닐링 단계를 통하여 유연성 및 기계적 강도가 향상된 생분해성 스텐트를 제조할 수 있다.
