The present invention relates to a fishing rod holder mainly used for fishing from rocks on the seashore. According to the present invention, the fishing rod holder comprises: a polyhedral pole having an acute tip in a bottom a holder body formed by a pair of holding tools which includes a vertically penetrated holder hole in both sides of a holder connection ring having a pole connection hole where the pole is inserted and a fixing bolt fastened in a screw hole formed in the holder connection tool in order to adjust the height of the holder body. A supporting tool has a fishing rod support having a size larger than that of the holding tool in both sides of a support connection ring which includes the pole connection hole inserted into the pole in order to be combined with a lower side of the holder body to be placed on rocks on the seashore.
