PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretch instrument that enables a main muscle of a lower limb to be stretched by oneself safely and reliably with necessary minimum of articulation.SOLUTION: A stretch instrument is characterized by including: a sheet 5 for enabling a users sitting position in the state where a knee joint of one leg is extended while a hip joint is bent so that a knee is positioned forward and the knee joint of the other leg is bent while the hip joint is extended so that the knee is positioned downward and at least any one among a first stretch mechanism part 1 for extending users one leg calf, a second stretch mechanism part 2 coming in abutment with a users waist and extending the lower limb posterior, and third stretch mechanism parts 3A, 3B for extending the users other leg thigh front surface.
