[PROBLEMS] A conventional grass wrap prevention tool has a blade board, a fixing plate, a key claw blade, etc., but it may be wound without being cut due to deterioration of the tool. There was a problem to realize the function. According to the present invention, there is provided a movable cutting cutter that stands by in the vicinity of a head portion so as to cut grass that has been wound without being cut by a rotary blade of a mower while being tightened at the head portion. This cutting cutter is characterized in that a transmission part is provided straddling the hand operation part, and the cutting cutter that operates by operation of the hand operation part can cut all the grass entangled by cutting leakage without fail.
