PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural machine preventing occurrence of film rubbish when sowing, and consequently, preventing contamination of film rubbish into harvested crops, by forming a film tearing inhibiting or preventing element, such as a punched hole and a cut, on a film of a planting sowing place before performing planting sowing using the agricultural machine in film mulching culture.SOLUTION: The agricultural machine includes a running part 10, and a second device 2 having an instrument 20 periodically going up and down, and planting or sowing seedlings. The instrument 20 is plunged into soil covered with a film for film mulching culture to form holes in soil, on a bottom dead point of a lifting and lowering travel of the instrument 20 or its vicinity, and seedlings are planted or sewn in the holes.
