PURPOSE: A health band using near infrared rays is provided to facilitate the replacement of an LED module.CONSTITUTION: A health band using near infrared rays comprises a central body unit(210), a first belt(220), a second belt(230), an LED module, and a controller. The central body unit comprises a detachable installation unit. The first belt is extended to the outside from one side of the central body unit. The second belt is extended to the outside from the other side of the central body unit and is coupled with the first belt. The LED module comprises a plurality of LED strings. The plurality of LED strings has different wavelengths.
