PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ottoman and massage device, in which a use mode of a massage part is easily changeable.SOLUTION: The ottoman has first to third use modes. In the first use mode, a first frame 30 and a second frame 40 are set in a position relation of a closed state, and a massage surface is disposed on the rearward side. In the second use mode, the first frame 30 and the second frame 40 are set in the position relation of the closed state, and the massage surface is disposed on the front side. In the third use mode, the first frame 30 and the second frame 40 are set in a position relation of an open state.
