PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute an authentication process by using motion biological information of a user.SOLUTION: An authentication device which is one aspect of the present disclosure includes: an extraction part which extracts characteristic data from motion biological information of an authentication target person； a calculation part for calculating similarity between the characteristic data that is extracted and a reference characteristic data； a determination part which, based on the calculated similarity, determines whether or not the authentication target person is a normal user； a measurement part for measuring a position of the authentication target person based on an electronic device which requires authentication process； and an authentication execution part for executing the authentication process based on the determination result of whether the authentication target person is the normal user or not and the position of the authentication target person.
