PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic ligation processing system for orthodontics in which ligation processing can easily be performed in a short time, without needing the re-holding of use instruments, when performing the ligation processing of arch wire to a bracket by a ligature wire.SOLUTION: A ligature wire 50 of an automatic ligation processing system for orthodontics of the present invention comprises: a U-shaped bracket engagement part 55 formed by folding one wire a twisting part 56 comprising two wires connected to the bracket engagement part 55 and a holding part 57 with the two wires contacted and arranged thereto. A weak line part 58 is provided in each of the two wires constituting the twisting part 56. The holding part 57 of the ligature wire 50 is gripped with the tip of a dividing chuck part 20 of a ligator 10, and the ligator 10 is rotated with an external drive motor 72. Then, the bracket engagement part 55 performs ligation between the bracket and the arch wire.
