The present invention relates to a vector including a PDX1 gene and a method for directly differentiating mesenchymal stem cells into islet cells by using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a vector capable of producing and mass-culturing islet cells at low costs and at high efficiency a mesenchymal stem cell transformed by the same a cell transplantation composition including the same a method for differentiating the islet cells and a mammal transformed by the vector, wherein the mammal is other than a human. According to the present invention, islet cells may be produced and mass-cultured at low costs and at high efficiency. Moreover, when a mesenchymal stem cell having resistance with respect to immunity according to the present invention is utilized not only in isotransplantation but also in heterotransplantation of cells, immunological rejection may be minimized.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 PDX1 유전자를 포함하는 벡터 및 이를 이용한 중간엽 줄기세포를 췌도 세포로 직접 분화시키는 방법에 관한 것으로써, 보다 상세하게는 저비용 및 고효율로 췌도 세포 생산 및 대량 배양을 가능하게 하는 벡터, 이로 형질전환된 중간엽 줄기세포, 이를 포함하는 세포 이식용 조성물, 상기 췌도 세포 분화방법 및 상기 벡터로 형질전환된 인간 이외의 포유동물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명을 활용하면 저비용 및 고효율로 췌도 세포 생산 및 대량 배양이 가능하다. 또한, 본 발명의 중간엽 줄기세포는 자체가 면역에 관한 내성이 있어 동종 간 이식뿐만 아니라 이종 간 세포이식에 활용될 경우 면역 거부반응을 최소화 할 수 있다.
