PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide amine functional polyamide usable as an anti-infective agent.SOLUTION: There are provided amine functional polyamide which is obtained by polymerization of a dicarboxylic acid derivative having a dipiperidine skeleton and polyamide and contains an amine group and an ammonium group along a polymer chain； and amine functional polyamide in which a pharmaceutically acceptable organic group is introduced to a terminal of the polyamide.EFFECT: Amine functional polyamide is usable as a medicine and in a medicine composition.
