The present invention relates to an anterior cervical plate used when performing an anterior fixation surgery for a cervical spine in orthopedics or neurosurgery. The anterior cervical plate includes: a plate body which is formed lengthily in a longitudinal direction； at least two bone fixing screw holes which are formed in the plate body and support a head part of a bone fixing screw； and a locking part which locks bone fixing screws, respectively inserted into the bone fixing screw holes to be in a locked state. The locking part is fixated to be able to rotate on the plate body and a reinforcing part is arranged in the outer circumference of the plate body. The present invention is provided to improve product completeness and increase reliability from patients and operators.본 발명은 정형외과(orthopedic) 및 신경외과(neurosurgery)에서 경추(cervical spine)에 대한 전방 고정 수술(anterior fixation surgery)을 수행할 때 사용되는 전방 경추 플레이트에 관한 것으로, 길이방향으로 길게 형성되는 플레이트바디； 상기 플레이트바디에 형성되고, 뼈고정나사의 헤드부를 지지하는 적어도 2이상의 뼈고정나사홀； 및 상기 뼈고정나사홀에 각각 삽입되는 뼈고정나사를 잠금상태로 하는 잠금부(locking element)를 포함하고, 상기 잠금부는 상기 플레이트바디에 회전가능하도록 고정되며, 상기 플레이트바디의 외주에는 보강부가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
