PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a root vegetable harvester capable of preventing injury to crops that drop at the start of the harvesting work, and capable of being easily changed to a storage state after the harvesting work is finished.SOLUTION: The root vegetable harvester includes: a pulling conveyor 24 on one side in the lateral direction of a machine body frame 1 for pulling crops and conveying the crops upward in the rear a sorting conveyor 87 for conveying the crops taken over from the pulling conveyor 24 from one side to the other side in the lateral direction a hanging member 98 disposed on the terminal end side of conveyance of the sorting conveyor 87 movably in the vertical direction on the terminal end side of conveyance of the sorting conveyor 87 for hanging and supporting a storage member 97, in which the crops are stored, in the opened state and a collecting part 118 disposed in the machine body frame 1 turnably for supporting the storage member 97 from below.
