According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is a disposable anoscope which includes: a body part that is inserted into anus during an examination of rectal and anal diseases to provide a path for a surgical tool to enter the inside of the anus to facilitate the examination through a lighting device； a guide part that is inserted into the inner diameter of the body part, assists the body part to be easily inserted into an anal part of a patient through a streamlined tip portion and then is removed； and a connection part that is formed at the rear end of the body part to provide an insertion portion of the guide part, and is coupled to the lighting device.본 발명의 일 태양에 따르면, 직장과 항문 질환의 검사 시 항문에 삽입되어 조명장치를 통한 검사를 용이하게 도와줄 수 있도록 수술도구가 항문 내부로 진입하는 경로를 제공해 주는 본체부； 상기 본체부의 내경에 삽입되고 유선형의 선단부를 통해 환자의 항문부위에 상기 본체부가 용이하게 삽입될 수 있도록 도와준 후 제거되는 가이드부； 및 상기 본체부의 후단에 형성되어 상기 가이드부의 삽입구를 제공하며, 조명장치와 결합되는 접속부를 포함하는 일회용 직장경을 제공한다.
