The linear member (4) has: a hard portion (42) at least including an outer portion of the portion of the linear member (4), which is disposed along the outer peripheral surface of the inflatable region (33) in an inflated state, the outer portion being disposed on the side opposite an inner portion facing the inflatable region (33)； and a soft portion (41) which is other than the hard portion (42), is extendable, and has lower hardness than the hard portion.
