This creation is a kind of adjusting type external fixation device for fracture, it includes an exterior fixing rack and an adjustment mechanisms, one of one bone of what the first bone block and one second bone block are fixed in the both ends of exterior fixing rack respectively, the both ends of adjustment mechanism connection exterior fixing rack, to adjust the length at the both ends of exterior fixing rack, and then adjust the length between the first bone block and the second bone block.
