More specifically, the present invention relates to a hot pack using a mugwort nonwoven fabric, including a heating element for generating heat by the exothermic reaction and a packaging film encapsulating the heating element therein, wherein the packaging film includes a mugwort nonwoven fabric and a breathable film attached to the mugwort nonwoven fabric, and having an improved mugwort effect having an adhesive applied to one surface of the packaging film.
