The compounds described here are useful for modulating the activity of BTK and to treat Diseases associated with excessive activity of BTK.The compounds are also useful for treating inflammatory and autoimmune diseases are associated with Aberrant Proliferation of B cells, such as rheumatoid arthritis. Also described are compositions containing the compounds of the formula I and at least one vehicle, diluent or Carrier.Esta solicitud se refiere a derivados de la 6-(2-hidroximetil-fenil)-2-metil-2H-piridazin-3-ona que se ajustan a la fórmula general I:en la que las variables X, R e Y4 tienen los significados aquí definidos, que inhiben la Btk.
