PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for automatically and more efficiently and accurately adjusting the weight based on the measurement in the unspecific number unit of a molded product after heat treatment in a production step of a paste product made from a pasty raw material.SOLUTION: A weight adjusting mechanism includes: a collection driving section for making a substantially plate-like collection measuring tray for collecting the unspecific number of heated molded products in a conveyance path repeat a collection operation a measuring device for repeatedly performing a series of steps of measuring the total weight of the heated molded product collected on the measuring tray in synchronization with the collection operation, determining the number of collection based on a weight range for number determination set from the measured result and a reference weight per one heated molded product, and calculating the average weight of the heated molded products and a control device for accumulating data from the measuring device, calculating a measured value per one heated molded product by a weighted average from each of the average weight and the number of the heated molded products for each one cycle, determining an adjustment amount of supply means or molding means for canceling a difference between the measured value and the reference weight per one when the measured value deviates from the reference weight range, and driving the supply means or the molding means by the adjustment value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】ペースト状原料からなる練り製品の製造工程にて、加熱処理後成形品の不特定個数単位での計量に基づいて、より効率的で正確な量目調整を自動で行う機構の提供。【解決手段】量目調整機構において、搬送経路で加熱済成形品の不特定個数を採取する略板状の採取計量皿に対して採取動作を繰り返させる採取駆動部と、採取動作と同期して該計量皿上に採取された加熱済成形品の総重量を計測してその結果と一つ当たりの基準重量から設定された個数判断用重量範囲とに基づいて採取個数を判断すると共に一つ当たりの加熱済成形品の平均重量を算出する一連の工程を繰り返し行う計量装置と、該計量装置からのデータを蓄積して1サイクル毎に加熱済成形品の各平均重量と個数から加重平均によって加熱済成形品の一つ当たりの計量値を算出し、この計量値が基準重量範囲を逸脱した場合に一つ当たりの基準重量との差分を相殺するための供給手段又は成形手段の調節量を求めて該調節量分を駆動させる制御装置と、を備えた。【
