PURPOSE: A drink composition for hangover cure is provided to immediately and continuously reduce the hangover effect. CONSTITUTION: Drink composition for hangover cure comprises 100 parts by weight of red ginseng extract concentrate and 400~600 parts by weight of fruit mixing concentrate. Drink composition for hangover cure additionally comprises natural plant concentrate which concentrates Chinese matrimony vine, persimmon leaf, lycium root, dried orange peel, hovenia dulcis fruit and Artemisia capillaris. Fruit mixing concentrate is manufactured as follows. 10~20 parts by weight of ginger is extracted with water. 100 parts by weight of pear, 60~80 parts by weight of apple, 40~50 parts by weight of quince, 30~50 parts by weight citron, and 10~20 parts by weight of mango are put into ginger extraction liquid to be extracted. Extract is concentrated. Natural plant concentrate is extracted from the mixture of 50~70 parts by weight of persimmon leaf, 30~45 parts by weight of lycium root, 25~40 parts by weight of dried orange peel, 10~15 parts by weight of hovenia dulcis fruit, and 3~5 parts by weight of Artemisia capillaris to 100 parts by weight of Chinese matrimony vine. Extracts are mixed and fermented.
