PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter which can accurately detect a height from a soil surface of a field in a seedling planting part while sufficiently exhibiting a ground leveling function, and stabilize a planting depth of seedlings.SOLUTION: A seedling transplanter includes: a leveling device leveling a soil surface leveled by a ground leveling device； a plurality of detectors detecting a height from a soil surface of a seedling planting part； and a control part for adjusting a planting depth of seedlings on the basis of a detection result of the detectors. The leveling device includes a center float and a side float vertically rotatably provided in the lower part of the seedling planting part, and sliding in a field surface, and a pair of left and right rakes pressed to the soil surface by prescribed force.
