Eye protection mask (1) for the practice of outdoor sports comprising: - an armature (3) defining an opening (31), the armature supporting at least a first attachment means (322), - a screen eye protection (2) for closing the opening, the screen supporting at least a second attachment means (222, 223), the second attachment means being adapted to cooperate directly with the first attachment means so as to to maintain the screen secured to the armature in at least one direction (X). The mask further comprises a button (4) adapted to urge a hooking means (222, 223, 322) so as to cause the release of the screen of the armature, the button being mounted on the workpiece (2, 3) not supporting the attachment means that can be solicited by the button. Le masque comprend en outre un bouton (4) apte à solliciter un moyen d'accroche (222, 223, 322) de manière à provoquer la libération de l'écran de l'armature, le bouton étant monté sur la pièce (2, 3) ne supportant pas le moyen d'accroche pouvant être sollicité par le bouton.
