Provided is an apparatus for measuring body weight, which is installed on a bed frame composed of a planar frame and a plurality of leg frames for a bed. The apparatus comprises: a body weight measurement module being able to be attached to or detached from the leg frames for a bed to measure a load applied to the leg frames for a bed； and a control module receiving a body weight measurement signal transmitted from the body weight measurement module to calculate body weight of a user of the bed. The body weight measurement module includes: a clamp designed to cover up the leg frame for a bed in order to fix the body weight measurement module to the leg frame for a bed； a clamp lever adjusting tightening and loosening of the clamp in order to make the clamp fixed to or removed from the leg frame for a bed； a height adjustment bar extended in parallel to the leg frame for a bed when the body weight measurement module is fixed to the leg frame for a bed； a connection member having a hollow pipe with one end connected integrally to the clamp and the other end accommodating the height adjustment bar； a position adjustment means adjusting a joint position of the height adjustment bar accommodated into the pipe； and a body weight measurement means installed on the connection member or the height adjustment bar to measure a load applied through the leg frame for a bed. The control module includes a zero-point adjustment unit automatically setting a zero point when the body weight measurement signal from the body weight measurement module does not change for a predetermined time.
