PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a transformant which increases a growth amount (biomass) of eukaryote, such as plant, to several times and a transformant produced by the method.SOLUTION: The method for producing a transformant of a eukaryote of the invention uses a vector for transformation which contains a construction linked to at least one part of 45SrRNA gene isolated from different species in a promoter sequence of a gene transferred by RNA polymerase II. And the transformant of the eukaryote of the invention is produced using a vector for transformation comprising a construction linked to at least one part of 45SrRNA gene isolated from different species in a promoter sequence of a gene transferred by RNA polymerase II.
