The present invention relates to a mammography device for takinging an x-ray of a subject to be inspected. Provided is the mammography device comprising: a device body which is movable in the vertical axis and is rotatable around a first horizontal axis so as to enable a cranio-caudal shooting and a mediolateral oblique shooting of a subject to be inspected； a generator which is fixed to one end of the device body and irradiates x-rays； a subject supporting unit which is fixed to the other end of the device body and includes a detector opposite to the generator； a first moving unit for moving the device body in the vertical axis； a rotation unit for rotating the device body around the first horizontal axis； and a controller for controlling the first moving unit and the rotation unit, wherein by the control by the controller, the rotation unit rotates the device body so that the center of the upper side of the subject supporting unit is located on the same horizontal plane simultaneously while the first moving unit moves the device body following the rotation.La présente invention concerne un dispositif de mammographie pour prendre une radiographie d'un sujet à inspecter.
