The present invention relates to a revision apparatus for castrating small and medium-sized livestock, comprising a body insertion part where the body of a small and medium-sized livestock is overturned and inserted on an opened square pillar； a part for preventing the livestock from kicking with its hind legs which moves to the belly point of the livestock inserted in the body insertion part from the back side of the body insertion part and enables the hind legs to move toward the belly point, thereby exposing scrotums and preventing the livestock from kicking with its hind legs； and a fixing tool which fixes the part for preventing the livestock from kicking with its hind legs moved to the belly point.
