PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate a subject by objectively measuring a temporal change of perception and using a measurement result thereof.SOLUTION: A pressure senor 12 has a portion gripped by a subject, and detects grip strength of the subject varying according to a degree of pain of a cornea as a pressure of the portion. A controller 14 acquires a detection result of the pressure sensor 12 during a time including at least a first eye opening time from an eye opening point to an eye closing point of the subject. The controller 14 measures a temporal change of perception of the cornea of the subject in the first eye opening time on the basis of the detection result of the pressure sensor 12. The controller 14 also measures the first eye opening time, a second eye opening time from an eye opening point when tear film destruction has occurred to a time point of the tear film destruction, and a third eye opening time from the time point of the tear film destruction to an eye closing time. The controller 14 performs evaluation related to an eye of the subject on the basis of the change of the perception of the cornea, and the first eye opening time to the third eye opening time.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】知覚の時間変化を客観的に測定し、その測定結果を用いることで被験者を評価をすること。【解決手段】圧力センサ12は、被験者に握られる部位を有し、角膜の痛みの度合いに応じて変化する被験者の握力を、部位の圧力として検出する。制御装置14は、被験者の開眼点から閉眼点までの第1開眼時間を少なくとも含む間、圧力センサ12の検出結果を取得する。制御装置14は、圧力センサ12の検出結果に基づいて、第1開眼時間における被験者の角膜の知覚の時間変化を測定する。制御装置14はまた、第1開眼時間、涙液層破壊が生じた場合における、開眼時点から涙液層破壊の時点までの第2開眼時間、及び、涙液層破壊の時点から閉眼時点までの第3開眼時間を測定する。制御装置14は、角膜の知覚の変化及び第1開眼時間乃至第3開眼時間に基づいて、被験者の眼に関する評価をする。【選択図】図1
