PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reducing adherence of phlegm onto the inside surface of a tube for a trachea by enabling the phlegm in the tube for a trachea to be moved on the inside surface of a lumen for assuring a respiratory tract by a patients respiratory stream to moved the phlegm as small as not to move with a conventional technique configuration by the patients respiratory stream.SOLUTION: The method includes disposing a tube for a trachea so as to communicate between a patents outside and inside of body in a non-immersed state, the tube for a trachea having a tip end part 122 disposed on a lung side of the trachea 7 inside, a base end part 121 disposed on the other side of the tip end part 122, a lumen 102a for assuring a respiratory tract going to the tip end part 122 from the base end part 121 and provided with a hydrophilic film 150 disposed on at least a part of an inner surface forming the lumen 102a for assuring a respiratory tract.
