Provided is an intravascular pressure measuring catheter (1) having a mounting base (30), comprising: a distal sleeve (10) having a guidewire lumen (11) for slidably receiving a separate medical guidewire (50); a proximal portion (20) coupled to the distal sleeve (10); and a pressure sensor (40) which is provided on the mounting base (30) and comprises a sensing portion (41) and a lead portion (42), wherein the sensing portion (41) has a sensing area (410) for sensing pressure, and the lead portion (42) transmits the blood pressure signal generated by the sensing area (410), and wherein the sensing portion (41) of the pressure sensor (40) and the mounting base (30) have a gap therebetween. By providing the pressure sensor (40) on the mounting base (30), and enabling the sensing portion (41) of the pressure sensor (40) and the mounting base (30) to have a gap therebetween so that they do not come into contact, the present invention can restrain the influence of the bending deformation of the intravascular pressure measuring catheter (1) on a pressure measurement result, thereby improving the measurement precision of the intravascular pressure measuring catheter (1).
