Devices, methods and kits for x-ray induced high intensity ultrasound therapy are provided that simplify high intensity ultrasound therapy. This device includes a high intensity ultrasound (FUS) transducer with a central axis attached to the arm, cradle, cradle, and to transmit the ultrasound therapy energy beam to a treatment position in the patient, and an imaging workstation connected to the x-ray imaging unit do. The FUS is also connected to the controller for controlling the application of the FUS.
