‘；GRApstg’； is a new and distinct floribunda type Rosa hybrid plant which is characterized by the combination of an upright growth habit, good resistance to Diplocarpon Rosae and Podosphaera pannosa, nearly continuous flowering, distinct cream stripes and flecks and petal reverse pink with cream stripes and flecks, a very strong rose fragrance, and the stability of these characteristics from generation to generation. The new cultivar is generally suited to landscape applications.
