The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for producing livestock drinking water using magnetized water containing mud stone, in which natural microorganisms naturally exist. An apparatus (A) for producing livestock drinking water using magnetized water containing mud stone according to the present invention comprises: a feeding unit (1) which feeds a mud stone powder in which natural microorganisms naturally exist； a drinking water mixing tank (2) into which mixing water is flown to mix the mixing water with the mud stone powder； a magnetizer (3) which magnetizes mud stone powder-containing drinking water transferred from the drinking water mixing tank； and a drinking water feeder (4) which feeds magnetized mud stone powder-containing drinking water.
