A hysteroscopic system, comprising: an endoscope having an outer surface and an inner channel defined by an inner surface; a casing connected to the endoscope with a possibility of removal and having an end on which a distal flange is provided extending inside toward the outer surface of the endoscope, the casing having an inner surface; an outlet channel formed between the inner surface of the casing and the outer surface of the endoscope; an operating channel formed in the inner channel of the endoscope; visualization channel adjacent to the surgical channel. 2. The hysteroscopic system of claim 1, wherein the distal flange has an uneven shape. The hysteroscopic system of claim 1, wherein the surgical instrument is selected from the group consisting of: a rotary action morcellator, a reciprocating action morcellator, or a rotational and reciprocal action morcellator. The hysteroscopic system according to claim 1, wherein the visualization channel is configured to accommodate a visualization device therein.
