PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge a state of a patient on the basis of imaged video of a nursing camera, and notify a nurse of occurrence of specific action such as sitting up or leaving the patients sick bed when it occurs while transmitting the patients video or picture to a nurse call master apparatus or a mobile terminal without causing increase in traffic.SOLUTION: A corridor lamp 2 includes a video analysis circuit 21 for detecting a specific posture of a patient from imaged video of a nurse camera 10 composed of an IP camera. When the video analysis circuit 21 detects the specific posture a control apparatus 5 transmits an abnormality occurrence signal to a nurse call master apparatus 3 and at least one mobile terminal 4, makes imaged video and picture of the nurse camera 10 be transmitted to the control apparatus 5 and the nurse call master apparatus 3, and transmits, as a content using HTTPS, the picture received from the nurse camera 10 to a mobile terminal 4 to which the abnormality occurrence signal is transmitted.
