The present invention relates to a wheelchair and, more specifically, to a manual wheelchair enabling a user such as a patient who has an uncomfortable leg, the disabled, etc. to easily move from a bed to a wheelchair without assistance of a guardian or a caregiver. To this end, disclosed is the wheelchair having wheels freely rotating around a wheel shaft on both sides of a support frame and auxiliary wheels at the front of the wheels, comprising: a seat plate installed in an upper portion of the support frame for a user to be seat； an inguinal support installed in front of the seat plate and supporting an inguinal region； and an abdominal support installed in an upper portion of the inguinal support and supporting an abdominal region of a user.본 발명은 휠체어에 관한 것으로서, 특히 다리가 불편한 환자나 장애인 등의 사용자가 침대에서 휠체어로 이동하고자 할 때 보호자나 간병인의 도움 없이 사용자 혼자서도 용이하고 수월하게 옮겨 앉을 수 있는 수동 휠체어를 제공하기 위한 것이다.이를 위해 본 발명에서는 지지프레임의 양측에 바퀴축을 중심으로 하여 자유롭게 회전하는 바퀴가 구비되고, 상기 바퀴의 전방에 보조바퀴가 구비된 휠체어에 있어서, 상기 지지프레임의 상부에 사용자가 앉을 수 있도록 구비된 좌판과, 상기 좌판의 전방에 구비되어 사용자의 서혜부 부위를 받쳐주는 서혜부받침대 및 상기 서혜부받침대의 상부에 구비되어 사용자의 복부를 받쳐주는 복부받침대를 포함하는 휠체어를 개시한다.
