PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inversion type water tank comprising a means for: inhibiting weeds or the like from growing in the area of a low-gradient river where decrease in the volume of water results in stagnation of the water and eliminating danger associated with unmanned/automatized watering which requires maintenance to prevent malfunction due to a short circuit when the watering is performed by electricity, during users absence or trip, or in the mountainous area with no electricity supply, in view of the fact that the watering is indispensable work for making kitchen garden or gardening.SOLUTION: The inversion-type water tank 1 comprises a water tank whose longitudinal cross-sectional surface including a side plate (A), an oblique bottom plate B and an upper opening side C is formed into a triangular shape, wherein a support shaft 2 supporting the water tank, and a support shaft bearing 3, which are set up at a position nearer to the side plate than to the center of the oblique bottom plate B, to supply water or the like through a water feeding port 4 at the upper part of the upper opening side C of the water tank so that the water tank is inverted with the support shaft 2 supporting the water tank as a base point, when the water or the like in the water tank reaches the necessary amount of water, and thereby all of the water is discharged from the upper part of the water tank at a stroke. The water tank is used for accelerating flow velocity of water in the low-gradient river or for watering for gardening or the like.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】勾配が少ない河川では、水量が少なくなると水がよどんでくるが、雑草など生えないように、また、家庭菜園やガーデニングなどにおいて水遣りは欠かせない作業であり、留守や旅行中とか電気のない山間での水遣りでは、電気を使用してのものでは漏電などによる故障などメンテナンスが必要であり無人化自動化する際に伴う危険を排除する方法を提供する。【解決手段】側板Aと斜めの底板Bと上方の開口辺Cとからなる縦断面が三角形の水槽であって、前記斜めの底板Bの中心より側板に近い位置に水槽を支える支持軸2と支持軸受3を設け、該水槽上方の開口辺Cの上部の給水口4から水等を給水し、水槽内の水等が必要とする水量に達した時に水槽を支える支持軸2を基点に水槽が反転して水槽上部から一気に水の全てを放出させる反転式水槽1を設けることにより、勾配が少ない河川の水の流速促進やガーデニングなどの水遣り等に用いる。【選択図】図1
