To provide a jiaozi production apparatus in which a remaining material is reused to thereby enable lowering production cost, and a decrease of taste due to the remaining material is suppressed to thereby enable maintaining quality.SOLUTION: A jiaozi production apparatus is equipped with an addition unit 1 capable of adding a semi-kneaded material F, a band-shape molding unit 2 for compressing the semi-kneaded material F and molding a band shape, a stamping-out unit 4 for stamping out a band-shaped material W into a predetermined shape to make a jiaozi skin M, a jiaozi molding unit 5 for placing jiaozi ingredients g on the jiaozi skin M obtained at the stamping-out unit 4 and obtaining the jiaozi G by wrapping the jiaozi ingredients g, and a carry-in unit 6 for carrying the remaining material N after stamping by the stamping-out unit 4 into the band-shape molding unit 2.
