The present invention relates to a sterilization system, which is capable of improving sterilization performance by implementing both a circulative sterilization function and a rinsing function. Disclosed is the sterilization system, comprising: a water supply device which includes a filter unit configured to have a plurality of filters purifying raw water supplied from a raw water supply unit, a water tank configured to store the water purified by the filter unit, a cock unit configured to allow the purified water to exit, and a water tank connection flow path configured to connect the water tank with the cock unit and a sterilization device which sterilizes the water supply device, wherein the sterilization device comprises: a sterilized water generation unit which has electrodes and generates sterilized water by electrolyzing the purified water by using the electrodes a circulation pump which circulates the purified water, discharged from the water supply device, to the sterilized water generation unit and the water supply device by compressing the discharged purified water a circulation flow path which is connected to the water tank connection flow path to thus form a closed loop for circulation of the purified water and the sterilized water so that the purified water or sterilized water is discharged from the water supply device and then circulated to the water supply device through the circulation pump and the sterilized water generation unit a rinsing water supply flow path which supplies the raw water to the water supply device to rinse the water supply device a first drain flow path which is configured such that one side thereof is connected to the circulation flow path and the other side thereof is connected to an outside of the sterilization device, and which drains the purified water and the sterilized water having passed through the water supply device and a first drain valve which selectively opens and closes the first drain flow path.COPYRIGHT KIPO 20
