PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition comprising lipid-soluble active ingredient-containing nanoemulsion particles, where the appearance of the composition is transparent, the antiseptic power is enhanced and stimulation is suppressed, as a lipid-soluble active ingredient such as vitamin A is compounded with the composition.SOLUTION: A composition contains (A) 0.0005 to 1.0 W/V% of a lipid-soluble active ingredient, (B-I) 0.5 W/V% or less of polyoxyethylene cured castor oil and/or polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester having a mass ratio of 1:0.4 to 25 as presented by (A):(B-I), and (C) 0.5 to 2.0 W/V% of boric acid and/or borax and comprises nanoemulsion particles which are obtained by adding an oil phase comprising the components (A) and (B-I) to an aqueous phase at 75 to 90°C followed by stirring and contain the components (A) and (B-I) as constructional components.
