PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ejaculation promotion instrument in which a stimulus by tightening and pressure to male genitalia is not artificial, is a natural stimulus hard to cause habituation and boredom, and an ejaculation promotion effect is higher.SOLUTION: An ejaculation promotion instrument comprises a cylindrical interior body 2 made of a flexible material with elasticity and having a male genitalia insertion part, and an exterior body 3 with the cylindrical interior body fitted therein and serving as a case body for covering and holding a shape of the cylindrical interior body. The exterior body is formed of a flexible material and has two or more slit-like though-holes 31 extending from one end side in the longitudinal direction to the other end side. A tightening ring body 4 the position of which is movable in the longitudinal direction is detachably mounted on an outer circumferential surface of the exterior body.
