A method of cooking mullet roe includes following steps: preparing utensils, which places a small dish in the center of a plate and pours wine into the dish to about seventy to eighty percent full processing mullet roe, which cuts the mullet roe into two halves and brushes the front and rear side of each half with the wine igniting, which flatly inserts a fork into the middle of one half, dips its end in the wine, ignites the half with a lighter, and uses the fire of the half to ignite the wine in the dish into a flame and grilling, which uses the fork to place the half on the flame, fist grills its bottom surface into uniform yellow and bubble-like, and turns over the half to grill the other surface. Thus, until both surfaces turn into uniform yellow and bubble-like, the half of mullet roe is ready to be served.本發明提供一種烏魚子之料理方法,係包含下列步驟:準備器皿,將一碟子放置於一盤子之中央,並倒一酒至碟子中約7至8分滿;處理烏魚子,將一烏魚子剖半成兩個單腳烏魚子,並以碟子中一部分的酒塗抹兩單腳烏魚子之正反面;引火點燃,將一叉子平插於一單腳烏魚子之中間部位,並將單腳烏魚子的尾端沾浸碟子中的酒後,以打火機點燃,並引火至碟子,使碟子中的酒形成一火焰;以及火烤,藉由叉子將單腳烏魚子移至火焰上方,先烤底面呈黃色均勻起泡樣後,再翻面重複火烤,待雙面皆呈黃色均勻起泡樣即可食用。S1‧‧‧準備器皿S2‧‧‧處理烏魚子S3‧‧‧引火點燃S4‧‧‧火烤S5‧‧‧配料
